It's been a long time and I stop working on this material.
Many technological challenges were faced in this project such as the Real Time trip distance, the detection of any Speed Cameras and the Dashboard in both iOS and Windows platforms. In 2011 Infoblu Traffic commissioned the creation of its official app; later the same app was declined on the occasion of the Expo event. Conceived and produced the design in order to equip the most reliable italian traffic carrier with an official app that let drivers access usefull features such as monitoring traffic, event alerts, news feed about the italian highways and the main cities among Roma, Firenze, Torino, Milano, Napoli, Bologna.
The app was commissioned to target WindowsPhone and thus applying the Windows guidelines and technology. At the same time, the Ui iteration translated the result into the most usable form for a user in the moment of driving
The evolution of Windows in its version 7 stimulated the creation of images that would fill the native landscape of the system with mixed art between digital painting and 3D production to obtain a touch of technological effect. In fact, a dedicated panorama was provided for each city and the intent was to propose the historical points of interest in a digital form
On the occasion of the international Expo event, Infoblu used its app to accompany visitors on their travel itinerary
The setting of a Style Guide has favored not only the correct visual distribution through the number of interfaces produced for Infoblu Traffic, but it was also useful for any maintenance over the years
The first version of the application, instead, applied a classic car dashboard (skeumorphism). The Ui iteration was released on the first generation of iPhones and iPads
The app was also available in the iOS version and thus translating the technology according to the guidelines set by the company Apple.
In parallel, the Ui iteration has translated the service into the most usable form for a user in the moment of driving. The production was delivered into the iOS smartphones and thus advancing an evolution of the previous app version
The proposal for the Android world included the inclusion of Google's native technology in terms of real-time mileage
