I can't help it, but I have to put this out there. What it feels like doing App and Website Design ... in Italy? Here most of the stakeholders live in the 90s, just like most of companies that are supposed to help stakeholders go thru digital transformation.
It's an adventure to explain what UCD (User Centered Design) discipline stands for, now imagine applying it to the framework of work process! Then we wonder why we have shitty services, like most of things not working in this country. The best way I can do to express this feeling is using a scene from a famous movie (Trinity, with Terence Hill and Bud Spencer) which I edited with captions ... just to make it clear the classic scenario we Designers are facing every single day 🤪
Yes indeed, Innovation takes time on regular basis, alotta time if bad habits are notoriously difficult to break
