User Workflow

Storyboard or User journeys typically come towards the beginning of a project in the discovery or requirements gathering phase, briefing and analysis taks (normally after personas). This is both to visualise the user requirements and help feed into other design activities such as information architecture or wireframing.

There's no really one template to stick to. Each step may represent as much information as a Designer may want to communicate. Doing so, I produced a list of samples which talk about possibilities that might involve users (either consumers or vendors), when using a variety of service like Augmented Reality concerning the assembly of products, shopping activities on custom furnitures and so on...

Anas

In view of the digital transformation of the ANAS application Accidents it was necessary to understand all the cases of use (User Journeys) of the new Accident app taking in mind the personnel taken as a study sample (Personas)

Brico Center

The objective of the storyboard was focused on understanding how to integrate the new features into the app Paydesk for internal use by staff for selection purposes and purchase of wooden items in the Brico Center stores. For the occasion, the storyboard was produced in a comic style in order to make the flow of experience clear enough.
